The accountable lead

DreamWeb is founder-led, not founder-hidden.

Niall Arnfield is a Manchester-based designer-developer who has worked commercially across websites, software and interactive products since 2015. His experience spans UX, full-stack development, e-commerce, technical SEO, accessibility, performance and real-time 3D product experiences.

At DreamWeb, Niall leads discovery, scope, experience design, technical direction and delivery. You speak directly with the person responsible for the important decisions, rather than passing the brief through layers of account management.

His formal grounding includes a BSc in Computer Games Technology and an MRes in Web Innovation and 3D E-commerce Development from Manchester Metropolitan University.

How that helps you

Fewer hand-offs. Clearer decisions.

The studio stays deliberately compact so the thinking, design and build do not drift apart.

01

Direct senior involvement

The person shaping the recommendation remains involved when it is designed, built, tested and handed over.

02

Whole-system decisions

Content, user journeys, code, search visibility, performance and day-to-day operation are considered together.

03

Named responsibilities

If a brief needs extra specialist input or coordination with your existing team, the roles and hand-offs are made clear in the scope.

Experience, explained plainly

The experience is real. The boundary is clear.

DreamWeb is the agency brand Niall leads today. The figures on this site cover relevant work he has led or delivered across earlier agency and independent roles since 2019. They describe combined delivery experience, not an uninterrupted claim about one company or legal entity.

What working together should feel like

Useful clarity before costly activity.

  • Plain answers. Technical choices are explained in business and user terms.
  • Evidence before redesign. We separate confirmed problems from preferences and assumptions.
  • A controlled release. Acceptance checks, responsibilities and rollback points are agreed before launch.
  • A maintainable result. The website should remain understandable and operable after the initial project ends.

A sensible fit

Bring a meaningful website problem.

DreamWeb is best suited to UK organisations that need a new marketing or e-commerce website, a serious rebuild, a safer migration, or focused improvement to an underperforming digital journey.

If you need the cheapest available template, isolated advertising management or a large account team, we are unlikely to be the right fit. If you want direct senior involvement, clear ownership and a build that can be explained and maintained, we should talk.

The useful next step

Bring the problem. We will help clarify the next move.

Share the brief, the part that is not working or the decision you are trying to make. The first reply will contain useful questions or a practical next step—not a generic sales deck.
